Daily Responsibilities
- Ensure client satisfaction as a part-time Sales Leader and key contact for clients.
- Interact dynamically with clients and team members, providing timely and professional support.
- Utilize financial knowledge to educate clients on business strategies and financial well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized financial plans for clients, including budgeting and investment strategies.
- Maximize client satisfaction by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- 18 or older, and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Pass a background check to maintain integrity.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Obtain your Life Producer license within the first week of employment.
- Skillful in analyzing account metrics and presenting findings.
- Identify growth opportunities with strategic insight.

- Background in customer service, leadership, or management is highly desirable.
- Experience in fields such as education, coaching, or military service is beneficial.
