Key Responsibilities
As a Financial Literacy Ambassador, you'll oversee the management of a book of existing customer accounts. Your key objectives include account retention, contract renewals, and expanding revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Engaging virtually via phone, email, and online meetings, you'll lead forecasting, renewal strategies, and daily account management.
Core Objectives
- Enhance portfolio retention and ensure smooth contractual continuity by achieving top-tier renewal rates and minimizing churn.
- Innovate expansion revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
- Deliver exceptional account management and customer advocacy to maintain strong customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accuracy in commercial and CRM data to bolster forecasting and operational coordination.
Skills and Expertise
- Preferred experience in customer service, leadership, and management.
- Evidence of effectiveness in account management and renewal processes, along with negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective virtual engagements and business review facilitation.
- Proficient in handling CRM data accuracy and forecasting.
- Aptitude for managing time efficiently in a remote, part-time setting to meet business targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in education, coaching, military, or as an elite athlete is advantageous but not essential.
- Must be a US citizen, 18 years or older, with the capability to pass a background check.
- Self-driven and entrepreneurially minded with a commitment to financial education.
