About the Position: Lead Associate
We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Lead Associate. As a vital member, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts part-time, combining customer service, contract fulfillment, and sales relationships while being the primary client contact. This role is perfect for someone eager to help others and make a difference.

Lead Associate Daily Responsibilities
- Serve as a part-time Lead Associate and key contact for clients, ensuring total satisfaction
- Provide timely, professional, and courteous support to clients and associates
- Share financial knowledge on business, investment, insurance, retirement, savings, and estate planning
- Customize financial plans for budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning
- Grow account value and maintain client satisfaction through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- NO Cold Calling, NO Door Knocking
Requirements of the Lead Associate Role
- Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen
- Pass a background check
- Strong verbal and written communication, and customer relationship management skills
- Must have or obtain a Life Producer license within the first 2 weeks
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting
- Ability to interpret account health metrics and prepare concise summaries
- Experience or aptitude for identifying expansion opportunities
Additional Qualifications
- Preferred backgrounds include customer service, leadership, and management
- Backgrounds in education, coaching, military, or elite athletics are a great fit
- Entrepreneurially-minded, self-motivated, and desire to help people
- Advanced negotiation techniques or technical troubleshooting skills are beneficial

- Objective 1: Deliver consistent, high-quality execution of assigned projects and workstreams with 90% assigned milestones completed on schedule.
