What You Will Do (The Playbook):

  • Execute Marketing & Client Acquisition Strategies: Drive brand awareness and build local relationships using our modern educational marketing platform.
  • Recruit & Scout: Actively build, mentor, and scale your own team of financial educators.
  • Coach & Develop: Run training sessions, analyze performance data, and help your team members hit their career goals.
  • Consult: Analyze client goals to design winning game plans for debt reduction, investments, and wealth protection.

Position Requirements:

  • Background in Athletics, Sales, Marketing, Coaching, or Leadership is highly preferred.
  • Strong desire to learn client acquisition, personal branding, and sales systems.
  • Must pass a background check and state license exam.
  • 18+ years old and a U.S. citizen.
  • High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills.
