Your Role: Client Services Specialist

What You'll Be Doing:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction
• Educate clients by sharing valuable financial insights about investments, savings, and more
• Collaborate with clients to create tailored financial plans, guiding them through budgeting and investment strategies
• Enhance client satisfaction by leveraging upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Establish genuine connections without using cold calls or door-to-door tactics

Your Superpowers:

• You are 18+, a U.S. citizen, and able to pass a background check
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Obtain a Life Producer license within the first two weeks
• Effectively analyze account metrics and provide clear insights

• Have experience in customer service, leadership, or management roles
