About the Position: Lead Associate We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Lead Associate. As a vital part of our team, the Lead Associate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts on a part-time basis. This role combines customer service, contract fulfillment, and relationship-driven sales while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Benefits <ul><li>Flexible scheduling with personalized customization </li><li>100% remote position with comprehensive online tools and training </li><li>Leadership development opportunities </li><li>Competitive compensation ($30,000 - $50,000 part-time), with advancement and earning potential based on personal goals</li></ul>Lead Associate Daily Responsibilities <ul><li>Serve as a part-time Lead Associate and key contact for clients, ensuring their total satisfaction </li><li>Interact with clients and associates, providing timely, professional, and courteous support </li><li>Share financial knowledge and educate on business, investment, insurance protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning </li><li>Develop customized financial plans, guiding clients through budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning </li><li>Grow account value through upsell and cross-sell opportunities and maintain high client satisfaction</li><li>NO Cold Calling, NO Door Knocking</li></ul>Requirements of the Lead Associate Role <ul><li>18 years or older and a U.S. citizen </li><li>Pass a background check </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication and customer relationship management skills </li><li>Must have or obtain within first 2 weeks a Life Producer license</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting </li><li>Ability to interpret account health metrics and prepare concise summaries </li><li>Experience or aptitude for identifying expansion opportunities</li></ul>Additional Qualifications <ul><li>Preferred backgrounds include customer service, leadership, and management </li><li>Education, coaching, military, or elite athlete backgrounds are a great fit! </li><li>Entrepreneurially-minded, self-motivated, and desire to grow and help people </li><li>Advanced negotiation techniques or technical troubleshooting skills may be beneficial</li></ul>Join us as a part-time Lead Associate and contribute to making financial literacy and security attainable for everyone.
